How can I participate if I don’t want to sell my art?

• Visit during the show to see art made on the East Shore and surrounding area; Make art at the show on a 6 by 6 panel for display and/or bring a piece of your art on a 6”x6” flat panel for display during the show.

How do I prepare my art?

• 12” by 12” panels and canvases must be fitted with a wire for hanging.

Can my art be framed?

• Preference will be for unframed works. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. Please contact me if your art requires a frame (for stability or other reason) and I will accommodate if at all possible.

I am a sculptor do submissions have to be flat?

• 3D works are welcome with any one dimension a maximum of 12 inches. Length + Width + Depth must be 24 or less.

What is the commission?

• The artist will be paid 65% of the selling price of art sold during the show. Artists must price their work accordingly.

I am a photographer or digital artist can I participate?

• Photos and digital art will not be accepted for this show. Original one-of-a-kind works with elements derived form your own photos or from your own digitally created assets are allowed.

I want to participate but I don’t have the right size canvas. Can I get one on the East shore?

• There are some art supplies for sale at the shop, including a variety of square foot canvases and panels ($9-$15).

Can I submit more than 4 pieces?

• Yes, if space allows. Please contact me in advance!
